Customer Provides Detailed Description of FS5 Consulting's Employment Assistance

A previous customer of FS5 Consulting's employment assistance service describes how she was helped after 3 years of unemployment.


I don't like to publish customer testimonials because I think testimonials in general are self ingratiating and therefore meaningless to future customers.

But I recently worked with a job seeker (Nonprofit Marketing Director) who provided a very detailed description of both what FS5's employment assistance encompasses but also the results she received in a few weeks of work. Due to the detail the customer provided, this type of testimonial can be useful to a job seeker who really has hit a dead end in their job search. So, I'm publishing it without any changes:

I can not say enough about Randall. In short, he brought hope back into my job search. Three years ago, I was laid off. The first two years brought consulting opportunities and job interviews. Yet, last year the job interviews stopped and the phone did not ring at all. So, I contracted with Randall to do a resume rewrite and analysis of my job search. He was so informative. He provided graphs, charts, reports and a host of other detailed information to help me understand my best opportunities for gaining employment in my field at the appropriate level. He was very patient with me and put up with my questions and lengthy emails. I never had to wonder where we were in the process, because he was very proactive in keeping abreast of his progress. The final outcome was amazing. The resumes he created have received positive feedback for their ability to sell me as a professional. In addition, he provided a great outline of how I should proceed in my job search. I started the process on a Saturday and by Tuesday I had 4 opportunities to pursue. By Thursday, I had been on my first face-to-face interview in a year. The job is a great fit, but if it does not work out, I actually have other opportunities that are equally viable. I can't thank him enough. I will engage Randall in my future job searches, and you should too.
